STARVED ROCK, here we come!!
On October 15th, we are planning to meet up at starved Rock and enjoy some fall hiking! Church typically ends around 11:45 and it takes an hour and twenty minutes from church to get to Starved Rock so it seems good to meet up at the Visitors’ Center at Starved Rock (like up the stairs on the patio area) at 1:30 with your packed lunch.
However, if you choose to stop and eat somewhere quickly on the way instead, then let’s meet at 2 to begin hiking. Within the next few days, we will post which hike we will begin with so that if anyone is late arriving, they can catch up with us along the way (the internet service around there is pretty nill).
