VBS Volunteer Informational Meeting // Sunday, April 19, after the service
Whether you are curious about serving at VBS or fully committed, please plan to attend this informational meeting in the cry room after the service on Sunday.
Young Adults Lunch // Sunday, April 19 at 1:00pm
Our young adults gather after the service on the 3rd Sunday of every month for lunch. This Sunday, April 19, high school seniors are invited to come and check it out! The lunch will be at the McRosties, after the VBS meeting; aim to be there by 1:00.
Starting Point Class for Newcomers // Beginning April 12
If you’re new to Redeemer or are just ready to learn more or get better plugged in, it’s not too late to join us for our 4-week Starting Point class! This is the best place to meet some of our leaders and learn about our mission and values; it is the first step on the path to membership, but membership is not required at the end. Class will meet four consecutive Sunday mornings, April 12–May 3 from 8:15–9:45. Please sign up here, or email Jill (jpoel@redeemeraurora.com) with any questions.
Vacation Bible School // June 8-12
We are busy making plans for another great year of sharing the gospel with local children! Here are some ways you can help:
- Volunteer
We are expecting around 100 kids to attend that week, and we’ll need at least 60 volunteers to make it all happen. We need both teens and adults to fill all kinds of roles. You can sign up to serve here. Please contact Brooke or Caitlin with questions. - Provide supplies
Items can be left on the gym stage. We currently need:- 16-ounce plastic jars (like peanut butter or mayonnaise jars)
- Large pieces of cardboard (like TV or appliance boxes)

Building Together Project
- We have met our first goal and have raised the $150,000 required to begin construction!
- The next step is to raise the next $325,000 through giving and pledges in 2026.
- If you’re ready to make a pledge for 2026, you can do that here—or you can complete a paper pledge form on a Sunday. Paper pledge forms can be left in the offering box at the back of the sanctuary.
